Refund policy
We have a no questions asked 30-day return policy for machines sold within the US or Canada, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. For returns outside of the US or Canada, contact us or refer to your initial equipment proposal or order confirmation for your applicable return policy.
All other items can be returned within 30 days in unused condition. The customer is responsible for return freight and other shipping costs. Some items may be subject to a restocking fee, particularly if item was a special order or customized for the customer.
To start a return, you can contact us at info@paquip.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and do not accept delivery or contact us if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Filling machines with damage or extensive use within the 30 day return window may be denied a return or subject to a restocking fee. Parts and accessories must be in new and unused condition to be eligible for return.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
