The XPG-200 is a dual nozzle, semi-automatic pail filling machine designed with two pumps for viscous as well as easy-flowing product. Separate plumbing systems allow for high speed filling of two pails at a time or for separation of different fluids.
Increase your pail filling capacity or blend two different fluids directly in the pail using a dual pump system. Options are available for filling containers as small as 1 gallon.
Packages available specifically for your industry:

Available with various fluid transfer & container compatibility options and accessories:
- Powder-coated steel for industrial applications or stainless steel for washdown environments and food processing
- Gear pumps, centrifugal pumps, air-operated pumps, or gravity fed. Single pump options for feeding both nozzles available as well.
- Diving nozzles, fixed nozzles, open-nozzles, shower-head nozzles, or custom designs
- Compressed air line clearing for easy product changeover
- Extended roller conveyor for infeed or outfeed and for mounting a pail lid press.
- Pail positioner for closed-head pails, smaller containers, bag-in-box neck support, etc.
- Nitrogen dispensing, chemical dosing, remote operation, automatic conveyor integration, & splash guards
The XPG-200 is a dual nozzle/pump version of the XPG-100.
